Garrett Carell

Garrett Carrell serves as our Marketing & Media Director for TX Rec Land Real Estate. He graduated from Texas A&M University with his Bachelor's in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a minor in Sports Management. With experience in marketing and business development, he brings a strong blend of strategy and creativity to the team. Garrett will be helping showcase Texas properties through compelling media and innovative marketing. His favorite part of the job is the creative vision of TX Rec Land’s ownership and the strong support system built by the agents he works alongside.

Garrett grew up in Midland, Texas. He spent his childhood watching his father and grandfather raise cattle on a ranch in East Texas—an influence that shaped his appreciation for land, hard work, and rural values. He plans to carry on the family business one day. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys watching sports and playing golf.
