TX Rec Land Real Estate is currently looking to hire full-time agents in Central Texas. We are looking for knowledgeable, driven individuals to focus on properties used for recreational or agricultural activities. Our goal is to provide outstanding service to all of our clients, through integrity, honesty and hard work.  Current target areas of operations include, but are not limited to, the Brenham Area, Waco/Temple, & Austin/Hill Country.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ability to obtain and upkeep Texas Real Estate License
  • work full time as an independent contractor
  • receive commission-only compensation
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience
  • 4+ years of employment experience in related field
  • Strong contacts in target area
  • personal and intimate knowledge of target sales area
  • College-level education preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of land, hunting, agriculture, livestock, recreational activities, land management etc
  • ability to think for yourself, being driven & motivated
  • ability to problem solve
  • ability to create and maintain respectful and pleasant relationships with customers and clients
  • have financial stability required to invest in initial start up/marketing materials
  • experience with Adobe CC preferred, but not required (ie premiere pro, indesign)
  • filming, photography, and editing is a plus

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Represent buyers and sellers of Texas land in a legal, moral, and ethical manner
  • Obtain property listings, and market each to their individual strengths
  • Become knowledgeable in aspects related to land sales
  • Develop contacts and maintain relationships with clients and local businesses
  • Complete contracts, and aid in all steps of completing real estate transactions
  • Develop relevant marketing and media materials, such as maps, videos, brochures and advertisements
  • Grow and expand personal and business brand through strategic marketing/business plans
